Generally speaking, the crab legs you buy will be pre-cooked and frozen at sea to help ensure maximum quality, which means all you really have to do is thaw, reheat, and serve. This same technqiue will work with any style of crab as well, so long as it's pre-cooked and frozen. If by the off chance you get some nice fresh crab, you may need to cook it a bit longer to hit the 145 degree minimum tempurature.

Baked Crab Legs
- Crab Legs, thawed
- Melted Butter (optional)
- Lemon (optional)
- Place crab legs onto a baking sheet and instert into a pre-heated 425 degree oven for 5-10 minutes or just long enough to warm through
- Serve with melted butter and fresh lemon
