Quick and easy BBQ Shrimp are always a treat and paired with a fresh mango salsa, it's the perfect summertime meal!


BBQ Shrimp with Fresh Mango Salsa

Serves 4


  • 1-1/2lbs Jumbo EZ Peel Shrimp
  • 2 Cups Fresh Mango, roughly chopped
  • 1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes, roughly chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Red Onion, roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Jalapeno, finely minced (optional)
  • 1/4 Cup Cilantro, roughly chopped
  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 1/2 Cup Ashman's BBQ Seafood Rub
  • 1/4 Cup Vegetable oil
  • Salt


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mango, tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, and cilantro. Add the juice of one lime and toss to combine. Season with salt to taste. 
  2. Place shrimp in a large mixing bowl and add the oil, Ashman's BBQ Seafood Rub, juice of one lime, and a generous pinch of salt and toss to completely coat the shrimp
  3. Cook shrimp on a grill over medium-high heat for approximately 2-3 minutes per side or until fully cooked through
  4. Serve the shrimp with the fresh mango salsa
