If you’re looking for a way to celebrate the worlds best Farmed King Salmon in all its glory, then definitely give this poke bowl a try! You could of course make this with any of our sushi grade salmon varieties, but we have a feeling that once you try it with the Ora King, you may never go back.


Ora King Salmon Poke

Serves 2-4


  • 1lb Ora King Salmon
  • 1 Shallot, Minced
  • 2 Green Onions, Chopped (greens only)
  • 2 Tbsp Tamari
  • 1 tsp Chili Oil (to taste)
  • Togarashi seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice (plus additional lime wedges for ganrish)
  • Pickled Ginger (garnish)


  1. Cut salmon into ½” cubes and add to mixing bowl
  2. Add Shallots, tamari, chili oil, and lime juice and gently toss to combine
  3. Serve and garnish with togarashi, green onion, pickled ginger, and lime wedges
