This super simple baked salmon dish brings big flavor to any night of the week. Serve with a simple side salad and you got a nice light dinner that won’t leave you feeling shorted.


Pesto & Parm Baked Salmon

Serves 4


  • 4 4-6oz Salmon Fillets, skin on or off
  • 4 Tablespoons Pesto
  • Parmesean Cheese, grated
  • Non-Stick Spray or Vegetable Oil
  • Salt & Pepper


  1. Place salmon fillets on a well greased, foil lined baking tray
  2. Season each fillet with salt and pepper
  3. Top each fillet with a tablespoon of pesto and using a spoon, spread to fully coat the fillet
  4. Sprinkled the greated parm generously over each fillet
  5. Place salmon into a preheated 425 degree oven and bake for approximately 15 minutes, or until salmon reaches desired donesness. 
  6. Serve alongside a nice green salad and enjoy!
