Moonrise oysters are sourced from Massachusetts.They have a medium sized, clean and consistently shaped shell great for novice oyster shuckers. The meat is pleasantly firm, plump and of good yield. Moonrise oysters have a slightly sweet, briny flavor that is nicely complimented by a mignonette sauce.
